How do you change the minutes on a 2004 Dodge Durango, I can change the hour, but

not the minutes.? I hold the time button in and push in the tune dial, and the hour light blinks, but then I push in the tune button again to change the minutes, and nothing happens. So, how can I change the minutes on the clock?
