How do you change the Heat Contol Knob lights in an 03 Honda CRV, do they pop off...

...can you just replace bulbs? 2 of the 3 Heat Control Knobs that usually light up when you have your lights on no longer light up. Can you replace bulbs or does that Dash need to be removed. Just seems odd they went out one at a time. Would appreciate any help. Thanks!
