how do you change the drums on a 1999 ford ranger 4x4?

both drums locked up partially then the rear passenger drum unlocked but the driver side drum is still locked....don't know why.
seriously i need help here i know you do it one by one but exactly how do you take them off of the truck and put them on......
and i'm also tallking about the rear brake (drums) i dont mean the ones you play plz read the question
