HOW DO YOU CHANGE THE BRAKES ON A 1967 CHRYSLER 300?

THE BRAKE PADDLE JUST GOES TO THE GROUND AND IT COMES BACK UP SO THE BOOSTER DOES WORK BUT THE BRAKE WONT STOP THE CAR.
 
Sounds like you need to bleed your brakes.Theres a little nipple at each wheel that allows you to remove air out of your lines.Start from the farthest wheel from the master.have a buddy pump the brakes.He should hold the peddle to the floor while you crack the line...You may have to do this a number of times all the way around.If you have no peddle or pressure your master is shot...
