How do you change a heater core on a 1977 Ford Ranger?

its been fogging up the windows.. so i think it has a leak somewhere.. but I have no idea how to fix it or change it? can anyone help?
 
it's under the dash on the passagers side in a plastic box and you have to take the two line's running up from the motor to the firewall off
then take the plastic box apart and pull the old one out and put the new on in and just put it all back together hope this helps
