How do you cancel your internet plan on T-mobile?

See I wanted to go on the internet on my t-mobile phone but I didn't have the plan, so they gave me thirty days free and after that I have to pay 10.00 a month, and that's all I wanted to do, thirty days, but I don't know how to cancel it, it said I could cancel if I didn't want it anymore. Please help me, my time is running out1
