How do you call those folks who don't eat processed meat?

Processed meat like hamburger meat patties, sausages, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, etc. They are not vegetarians.

I call them people that are missing out on some good food.

Mind you, I don't like cheap sausages either. I grind my own burgers, get great sausages from German and Italian markets and make my own hot sausage.
