How do you calibrate a Monsoon stereo in a Pontiac Grand Prix?

I have a 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix and the stereo shows "Calibrate" whenever I start the car and the radio turns on and off continuously until it either stops and I can use the radio OR it freezes and I need to take out the circuit breaker to get to reset. Any help would be appreciated.
