How do you calculate Cation Exchange Capacity in Soils?

Hey,

I need to work out the Cation Exchange Capacity of a soil. I think that I have written the formula down incorrectly as I keep getting the wrong answer... Anyway, this is the question:

Cation exchange capacity:

10 g (oven dry equivilent) of soil was leached with 100 mL of ammonium chloride, and the leachate analysed for major cations (Ca2+, Mg2+, K+, Na+ (the pH was 7.2, so Al3+ was not measured)).

The concentration of each cation was:

Ca2+: 351 mg/L

Mg2+: 139 mg/L

K+: 79 mg/L

Na+: 12 mg/L

What is the cation exchange capacity in cmol(+)/kg? (type in the number only -one decimal)

Can somone please figure this out for me but give the workings so I am able to work it out myself as well...

Thanks
