I have a touch phone and the Web is right by the Text Messages. I keep pressing it accidently and it gets really annoying after a while. Sometimes I finger accidently presses the Web and when I put it in my pocket, I am unnknowingly on the web. I HATE being extra charged for data when I never intentionally tried to press it.
