Most people loose aggression when they're depressed but some are the complete opposite. I'm at my wits end with my other half and the mother of both my two young sons. When she has a rough day, she'll find faults in everything, and become incredably confrontational, arguementative and feeling overloaded. She has no patience like this and yells at me and the kids and does as little as possible. If I put more and more effort into helping as much as possible, she doesn't feel any better and what I do goes unnoticed by her. The only thing that I've found to help is to look after myself enough to be happier around her and it seems to rub off a bit. She's way too confrontational and proud to listen to a proffesional and we've already tried it, When we went on holiday she was like another person and delightful to be around. Any ideas?
