hey i am 14 years old and i love to do gymnastics and dance and i would love to emprove! but i can not efford for lessons. does anyone know any techniques or stretches or anything that would help me improve? i hope someone can help me. THANKS gem
well dancing is pretty much about making stuff up. just MOVE! but being flexible increases what you can do. for example, the splits help alot. also, keep your belly flexed while you are moving. it enhances the movements.
