how do you apply for morale leave in the us army?

He is going to have to put in a request for leave and the reasons for it and get it approved through his chain of command like any other leave except for emergency leave. If he is deployed right now it is a different ball game and would more than likely require someone to notify the red cross for emergency leave. Depends really on where he is at right now and how sick your daughter is to determine if it is an emergency type or just ordinary (morale) leave. Normally though if he is not deployed and has some leave time saved up most commands will let him go home even if your daughter just might have the flu or something like that but again it really depends on if your husband is overseas, deployed to Iraq perhaps or just two states over in Virginia or Alabama and how ill your daughter is ??

If you want to add some info later please do and I will check back and maybe be able to give you a less vague and general answer.
