How do you add pictures, videos, and music to a website using DreamWeaver or Flash?

I am working on a personal website and I am going between Photoshop and DreamWeaver to put it all together. I want to add a page for pictures, a page for videos, and a page for music to my website but I am unsure how to do that. Can somebody please tell me how to add those things using DreamWeaver (or Flash (but I have never used Flash before.))
 
All dreamweaver applications have an insert option

for images insert > image
for flash (swf) insert > media > swf
