How Do You Add Or What MP3 Media Player Do You Use With Sansa Sandisk MP3?

For an iPod, you use iTunes. I brought this Sansa Sandisk Clip MP3 Player and I don't know what media player I can use to add songs. Thanks for the help.

I used to have a sansa. Use windows media player. It works great and it's able to recognize the device.
