How do you add a folder to the media player music library on windows 7?

By default, the "Music" "videos" "pictures" folders and the "public pictures,videos,music" folders are added to media player music library.
But i'd also like to add my desktop and my public folder.
If these folders would be on the media library list, i would be able to acces their content with my nokia phone, and my ps3 wirelessly. But since they aren't, i cant see the music and vids which are on my desktop and public folder. I have managed to add these folders on vista but i cant seem to find the music library settings (and also the refresh option) on MP11, windows 7.
Help appreciated, thanks :)
 
can't remember exactly, but you right click on the folder you want to add and then go to 'add to library', select the library you want to add it to and voila!

wording might be different as I'm not sat in front of my machine atm.
