How do vampires get it up?

it all depends on who is telling the story. In some Vampire tells that can't have sex, in others they have tons and tons of sex.

I think the question is how can vampires exist being that they are dead
 
How is this a dining out question?

(and who says they ever do? They don't reproduce, so...why would they need to?)
