how do u think a 07 ACURA RSX priced 22500?

im buying a rsx,and lately i found one by Personal selling,it has 4500KM ,Standard,good condition , 3 years warranty,with 4 snow tires, and the price is 22500$..please give me know how do u think about the price~does it worth?
 
There is no 07 RSX. Production stopped after the 06 model.

For an 06 model they were about $22.5k 3 years ago when it came out. Even a Type S would be less than $19k now in excellent condition.
 
RSX production ended in 06. If it's an 07 and you're not is the US, it's a Honda Integra. The price seems fair.
