how do u get a guy who is all about sports to like you if you are only in...

...softball and he doesnt really date? he talks to girls but he hasnt had a girlfriend in forever because he is all about sports but he talks to the star player n basketball....i want us to hang out and get to kno each other more because i really like him but i dont no how to come about this any suggestions?? plz
he is also a senior...so i dont really understand
 
been there, done that. joined the basketball team, watched basketball on tv, got posters etc etc. he took noticed and we had a reason to chat, and i actually really like basketball now too:)
