How do u do hard reset on an E61?

I'm having a hard time searching from my phone so can somebody just tell of the steps 2 do a hard reset on an E61, please?

type in *#7370# it will prompt you for a password.. The default is 12345.

This is the hard reset..

Remember to back up your phone memory before doing this procedure as everything gets wiped from Contacts to Profile settings.
