Find anyway to get yourself distracted... If nothing works talk to someone, dont keep yourself alone... if you stay alone you will end up thinking of it...

And by god dont stick your finger up ur arse, that's just wrong...

every time a go to a competition, i get really nervous before i go onstage. somehow, that really messes up my dancing. r there any good warmups or stress relievers that i can do?

i can relate. tell ur self you will do amazing. breath deep
and imagine the audience naked:) to keep that smile up and not think about the routine
cuz it will come naturally if you dont think too hard

b4 u go dancing, just think it will be over soon, think u will do it the best that u can, have faith and believe in urself ... think that ure doing this bcuz ur mom or dad or someone else is ur inspiration, that they're the reason why u do it. and believe me it works ..

i used to feel sad and stressed out at work cuz i deal with a lot of people, but everyday i just think, "in a few hours ill be done, ill be home with my family, everything will go back to normal"

thats how life goes! ;)
gluck ;)

people always say breathe deeply I never even really tried it , but just recently i to had a dance competition and right before, i took about 8-10 real deep breaths. like seriously 4 seconds or more per breath and you feel those butterflies in your stomach just dissapear. you should also laugh...try and think of funny thoughts, maybe even bring some jokes with you on paper to read right before the competition if your that nervous... one more trick i always use : MUSIC....get some music that has always pumped you up and listen to it, try not to get your routine music though it'll make you even more nervous! GOOOD LUUUCK !!! HOPE YOU DO WELL:)
