how do u cook salmon?

i just cooked a salmon fillet on my lean mean fat grilling machine; and it was lovely i squeezed some lemon juice on it. but my gran said i shuda wrapped it in tinfoil and put in the oven. which is the less fattening way of cooking it? and also is Salmon fattening? it had 18.8g of fat but 3.1 of sat fat! thanx xxx
