If he is your boss, and he is telling you that... he either is TOTALLY GAY and has stuff for you... or he wants to come up with an excuse to fire you.. so play it safe, and try to forget about it... If he is serious... then do this..
1. Do a face comparison with guys and girls, attractive and ugly ones.
2. Then ask him to choose sports, generally gays chose the ones that they have to touch either a lot like football!
3. identify if he is the man or the girl in the relationship, and compare his clothes based on that..
4. Show him baywatch and say that Pamela Anderson looks ugly, and let's say what he says.... if he says yeah, he is TOTALLY GAY!

Have a guy friend go "undercover" and flirt with him....If he goes for the bait you have your answer! Other than that, maybe it's just a good idea to (no offense) mind your own business! He is your boss, not your friend and not a family member. If you work with him maybe it is best to be professional and not ask about it! If he is comfortable telling you, he will...and if not maybe he just isn't ready and that is his choice. He has a right to keep his private life private especially at WORK! Also, maybe he ISN'T gay and is just enjoying messing with your mind! LOL!
