How do South Park get away with everything they show?

They have shown some really abhorrent stuff from aborted babies being used for restaurants , to jonas brothers turning on little girls. So how do they get away with it, especially all the Disney company stuff as i thought they would definitely have their lawyers on the creators matt stone and trey parker
