How do remove site from your browser history?

Now please don't just say you to delete your history becuase I have tried that and it has not work. The website that I can not seem to get to remove itself from the history is youporn.com and the link is something about Madison.
Have you had this happen to your computer or know what I can do to remove it.

Please help.
 
it could be a virus or sumthing..but yeah just go to delete history or just cookies.
