...receive at the end of my service? My EPRs are not going to be greatest in the next few years. Can they be solely used the EPRs to determine the type of discharge I will receive at the end of my first enlistment? Will I get less than General with bad EPRs? How are they used during the voluntary separation process?

PS: My EPRs are not going to be great on purpose: there are strong reasons a I cannot explain in this forum, but most of includes personal reasons from my supervisor with me. I am powerless and if I try to say something about it ill be worst for me.
 
Unless you do something to get a Court Martial, they will make no difference. With your current attitude and having a few years left on your enlistment, I am thinking this will be the case.
