How do make my girlfriend support me joining the Army?

I enlisted in the Army as an 11X about 2 months ago. I'm leaving August 5th for Ft. Benning. I want to know that she supports me, but I know she doesn't. We have been dating for about 3 and a half years and we live together at her family's house. What can I do to make her support me. I already told her that it will make us stronger if we survive this. Help...
