how do ideal with friends who think i am a bad mum for letting my kids watch...

Tell them that you've heard enough and that they've made their point. Tell them your parenting is no longer up for discussion.

Seriously, though, I think Disney cartoons are just wrong in so many ways. They're loud, annoying, and make kids want to have the merchandise that goes along with the cartoons. Everything is anthropomorphic and talks. Teapots, chipmunks, bears, all of them talk and dance and sing. I think this can lead to excessive sentimentality.

...disney etc. and being brainwashed? ok so some of my best friends are buying into all this new world order illumunati stuff . how do i deal with them telling me i am living my life the 'wrong 'way, letting my kids watch disney and listen to music. seriously wth? i am by no means prefect but i love my children dearly and it upsets me they say these things to me. your opinions please .
