How do i write an overview of an argument for a moot court trial?

I am working with a partner and our teacher requested we write a brief for our case. We are prosecuting the USA for violating various international laws in the Yugoslavia bombings. The teacher wrote that a brief consists of three parts:Overview of the argument, review of the facts, and review of international law. I have to write the overview of argument...do I just write what our argument will be? An example would also be nice. I'm so confused...
