how do i write an equation of the polynomial with roots -1 and 2+3i?

Well I am in algebra 2 honors and i am having a little bit of trouble on my last problem on the homework. It asks me "wtire the equation of the polynomial with roots -1 and 2+3i". Can anyone show me how to do this?
