How do I work the stereo system in my Cadillac Cien?

I bought one of the few made 2009 concept Cadillac Ciens for $600,000. I love the sweet V12 engine with 750 horsepower. But I dont understand the Stereo System. It is realy advanced and I cant get my burned CDs to play? Help?
