This phone has never really given me problems, but lately I can't delete pictures or send and receive picture mail, it says the network is too busy, so I was just going to wipe the memory, get rid of everything ,and start fresh, does anyone know how to do that? thanks.
(and I know I still have picture mail. My mom didn't cancel it or anything.)
