How do I wipe all files on a flash drive?

I can't delete files because it says U¬U¬SWIN.4.1 is unaccessible and access is denied. I don't know what this file is. I want to get rid of it. How do I wipe everything.
 
well it depends what type of computer you're useing . If its a mac than just drag them to the trash. With a PC right click and select remove or delete. If its a lunix than hahaha they stink
 
Another way besides doing the right-click and clicking Format (format means wipe a disk clean/new), is go to your start menu & on the "My Computer" right-click and click on "Manage" a window should pop up. Now go to Disk Management (on the left side) and your flash drive should be an option. Now right-click it and choose Format (this is a force format, formats no matter what) and click OK and it should wipe everything in the drive. Hope this helps!! :]
 
If you want to erase everything on the flash drive, then right click it and choose Format Drive, it will clear the entire drive. Make sure you take anything that you want off the drive first, for example copy the files and then put them on your desktop.
