How do i video chat on my Mac, with people using a hotmail account?

i just bought the new macbook pro. and i am wondering if it is possible to video chat with someone using msn messenger/windows live messenger.

i need an app that works free, or up to $20.

i dont mind paying for the app.

I just use my isight camera. and my husband uses his webcam.

We don't do anything special. You do not need another application, either. ;)
 
My grandma and I did this, when I had a hotmail and she didn't:

Go and create your own hotmail account just for this. Then go and download Windows Live Messenger. Simple as that, you should be able to figure the other stuff out and then you're good to go!
