i just got a sidekick slide from a friend who's been using it for about 6months or something. but i don't have a t mobile sim card, i want to continue using my optus one? people say i need an unlock code, does anyone know this from previous experience by any chance 
? so what i really want to know is whenever i put my optus sim card into the phone it doesn't say unlock code required or unique code required or anything, it just says avtivating phone or something and nothing comes up it just keeps saying that for hours? what do i do? please help please and thankyou
