how do i use my bluetooth for my phone?

click "menu" go to "settings & tools" then click "bluetooth menu" hold down the power button until the light stays on then click "add new device" after it finds it it should have a make and model then you click on the bluetooth name you should get something that says "enter passcode" the passcode number is "0000" then click "ok" it should be pairing then it says Connect you would click "yes" it should be connecting. Now you should be all set.

It depends whether you mean the bluetooth headset or the bluetooth function to send stuff to other bluetooth devices. Also what make of your phone and the phone's bluetooth headset.
Check the manual with the phone/headset or look on the phone make's website, for example if it's a nokia phone look on the Nokia website.
