How do I use my 4X4 on a 2002 Lexus RX300?

I'm test driving a Lexus RX300 for a couple days, before I buy it, and the streets are covered in snow, I need to know which is the 4X4 button! Is it the ECT Power/Snow button?
 
you will need to engage the auxiliary motors and slow cool the primary function drive before using the two button press and hold technique of the dashboard to disassemble the crank shaft so it can reconnect and mesh with the accordance gears. hope this helps, took me ages to find out so glad to assist
