How do I use an iPhone 3g 16gb with a T-mobile SIM card?

I'm interested in buying a iPhone 3g 16gb version 3.1.2, using it with my T-mobile Blackberry 8320 sim card. How do I go about this? Anything I need to buy additionally? Anything I need to know? Please help!
