how do i use a dvd head unit so that it can run the run with picture while driving.?

hi guys, just brought the boss dvd head unit, decent thing. only problem, i wana pump some music dvds while driving and it says im not allowed to have visual while driving. obviously this has something to do with the parking brake cable. does anyone knoe how to fool it so that i can drive and how the picture on at the same time? cheers.
