How do I upload videos from my Panasonic Lumix fz40 digital camera?

New member
I know how to upload with the usb cord and stuff
but when I upload my pictures to my MAC computer everything's there
except the videos, like if i never recorded any

but once I disconnect the cable I see the videos on my camera..
help?

I want to upload a video on my FB but I can't find how to?
I read the manual and still can't figure it out..
Help ASAP
