How do I upload ringtones to my Blackberry Curve 8330 Smartphone ?

I do not have unlimited web browsing, so I just downloaded the ringtones to my computer but cannot figure out how I can upload the ringtones to my blackberry.. do I need a media card to do this or is there a way that I can do it without one ?

Any help at all would be wonderful :) thanks !
