How do i upload pictures to facebook by a Nokia cellphone?

It would cost the same as if you sent a picture message to a friend

I have a Nokia cellphone and i have tried a lot of ways but i still can't upload pictures to mi facebook. And I saw a way with a code but i don't know, does that cost money? Help please!
