How do I upload music to my Nokia Nuron?

i just recently got the nuron, now im not sure if yours came with it, but usually the nuron comes with a memory card ( no not a SIM card ) . All you have to do is buy the adapter for the memory card then buy this thinq( i believe if you ask for it at Walmmart or Bestbuy ) where you put the memory card in the adapter, then put it into that thinq i was tellinq you about and connect it to the usb port into your computer. it will ask what you want to open with, you pick the one that says " Open folder to view files . Usinq Windows Explorer " . Then You Draq Your Music Form Limewire, itunes.. Whatever You have into the my_music folder :D

( by the way, i do it this way because i couldnt fiqure out how to do it through the USB cable xD ]
 
I plugged in the USB and I opened it up but I'm not sure which folder to drag the music into? In the guidebook it says to copy and paste the file to the removable disk folder, and I can't find it. There isn't a music folder. There's only videos, images, and sounds. I dragged them into the sounds folder and after disconnecting my phone from the USB, there was no new music... Help?
