How do I upgrade Windows Mobile on HTC s260?

Im thinking of getting this phone, but alot of reviews say the loaded firmware is reaally buggy. I have seen some posts on the internet where people say they upgraded the OS. I don't have the phone yet but how do I go about upgrading the OS?
