On the Verizon FAQ, it says:
"How do I upgrade my equipment?
You can upgrade your wireless phone online through My Verizon.
1. Log in to My Verizon (new users will need to register first).
2. Select the .Account Maintenance tab
3. Click the Upgrade Phone tab.
4. Choose the mobile telephone number to upgrade.
5. Select the new handset.
6. Choose accessories (if applicable).
7. Preview the order.
8. Checkout (enter shipping and payment information)."
Verizon seems to be fucking retarted with this shit becuase ive been looking for about half an hour on where is Account Maintenance tab is. There is no such tab and idk why they make it so difficult to do this shit. Is there a way to do it online or do they just say there is a way to make them look good
