I have been trying to update for ages. I have the latest kies software 2.0. When i try to upgrade it recognises my phone first then it downloads the binary files and plugin but when it starts to upgrade it says that it failed to convert to upgrade mode then my phone gets stuck on the android man digging. When i reset it it works normally but doesnt upgrade.
I have tried differnt kies version on different pcs, i have factory resetted phone. Also installed usb drivers.
