Because it doesn't seem to work for either of them. In my internet explorer, I was able to update it fine but in Opera or Firefox, I can't get it to work. I've went to the adobe site and tried to download it but, it's not working. I really want my video qualities to be better when I watch them so can someone please help?
I don't update them all at once. I've tried with each program at a time, while the others are all closed.
