PLEASE HELP: Ok, bought one of my friend's old phones and he said he bought it from his friend. So today I turned the phone off. Then when I turned it back on, it needed a code. I asked my friend, he said he didn't know. So he asked his friend who HE bought it from. But he said he forgot it the code. Now I can't get into it. And I have no information about this phone like the phone number or anything. And I can't call the service provider because I can't access my friend's, friend info if i call Verizon. Is there a way that I can get into the phone without calling the service provider or knowing the code itself? Is there like a new code I can put in? Please I need some help!
