How do I unlock my jailbroken iphone 3gs 4.2.1 06.15.00 baseband?

I used redsn0w to jailbreak, but unfortunately I didn't have any luck with the unlock process. I installed ultrasnow from cydia, and I guess it's suppose to unlock my phone but it didn't unlock for some reason. Tried several more times and no luck. I want to use to use a t-mobile sim card. PLEASE HELP
