How do I unlock a t-mobile phone for at&t?

Okay I have at&t but my sister gave me a BlackBerry Pearl 8220 but its for t-mobile-how would i unlock it
They wouldnt give it to me when i called because i dont have a tmobile account...any help?

I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked.
